On March 17, 2023, the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued an arrest warrant for vladimir putin for war crimes and the illegal deportation of Ukrainian children. Over 19,500 children have been torn from their families and sent to russian “re-education” camps, where they undergo brainwashing to erase their Ukrainian identity.

3 urgent reasons for his arrest:
1. Crime against humanity: Mass deportations violate the Geneva Conventions and the Rome Statute.
2. Cultural genocide: russia uses these children as weapons of war to destroy Ukraine as a nation.
3. Global threat: putin’s impunity would embolden dictators worldwide to trample international law.

The ICC demands that its 123 member states arrest putin if he enters their territory. But russia, backed by accomplices like China and belarus, openly defies justice.
