“Today in Washington will be the negotiations on air defense for Ukraine,” – Zelenskyi

“Today, the negotiations in Washington are important. Air defense for Ukraine is among the top issues. More air defense for Ukraine . More sanctions for Russia . More support for Ukrainian soldiers on the front lines. Russian terror must lose,” the head of state said.

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, reported on his Telegram channel that among the top topics of today’s negotiations in the capital of the United States, one of the most important items is the supply of air defense systems for Ukraine.

These negotiations are taking place on the same day, which for Ukrainians began with another massive missile attack by the Russian occupiers tonight on peaceful Ukrainian cities, on the capital, on infrastructure facilities…

According to the Strategic Communications Department of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Rashists attacked Ukraine with Kh-101/Kh-555/Kh-55 air-based cruise missiles, which were launched in several waves.

Out of 43 cruise missiles, Ukrainian air defense destroyed 36. Of course, this is a great result, and we are proud to have such an opportunity…

However, as a result of hitting those 7 that we could not destroy, people were killed and injured again in Ukraine… Infrastructure objects were again damaged… Russia once again proves that this war is not about any “laws” there, nor about ” manners”.

The world still does not fully realize that the Russian Federation is a terrorist state that fights simply to destroy the Ukrainian people, Ukrainian statehood, without perceiving and understanding any universal human values. And if this country is not stopped, sooner or later the entire civilized world will not only see the consequences, but also, unfortunately, feel them.

Russia only understands the language of power. And only weapons can stop it.
Air defense, which Volodymyr Zelenskyi will talk about in the USA today, is thousands of saved lives in Ukraine tomorrow.
Because tomorrow, Russia may repeat another missile attack.
